The flat is located in the Metzerstraße in Saarlouis near the motorway exit called Saarlouis Mitte. The rental is an attic flat and is situated in a building owned by Pavan rent, with two flats in total.

The accommodation is very cozy due to its charm. We provide a SmartTv, Shower bath, guest WC, air conditioner, and an open kitchen in the living room.

A room situated above the main floor builds the flat's heart, which is only with a ladder achievable—the flat consists of two double rooms and one single room. Five persons can be accommodated.
