Our Team

An enterprise is only as strong as the employees that are working for it. With seven employees, Pavan Rent focuses on common goals. Our priorities are to appreciate the work of each employee, as well as to create satisfaction towards our employees.

Because we are a small team, we work in a familiar atmosphere where we know each other very well. The best feeling is to complete the renovation process of a flat. The employees responsible for the project admire the result of their working process. Often, we all feel more connected and prouder after finishing a flat.

What makes us out is the sense of togetherness. We welcome and appreciate each idea and solution proposal at any time. The age of our employees ranges from 19 to 60. We learn and make a profit from the experiences of each of our employees. In our opinion, the learning process continues through the try and the exchange of new ideas. We do not focus on problems; we use them as an incentive to find solutions.

Pavan rent wants to thank all its employees for their attitude that they live every day and looks forward to the shared future.

A cleaning service is included in your booking, which ensures that your second home shines every two weeks. Relaxed right?

2. There is more space in the suitcase this time!

No more lugging around towels and sheets! We provide you with both towels and sheets... and the best? We even change them every two weeks. Just like home, isn't it?

3. Big car -
where to park?

As of today, you no longer have to ask yourself this question. You park for free in front of the apartment!

4. Quick washing directly at your accommodation

Yes, of course we also provide washing machines. You can also use these free of charge... so the new working day can come!

All of our accommodations have full kitchens. It doesn't matter whether you are a hobby cook or a lover of convenience food - you will find what you need with us.... just like at home... right?!

Our smart TV and free WiFi ensure the best entertainment. Relax after a hard-working day with your favorite movie. Relaxed people are happier and more productive! Treat yourself to a “time out”.
